The Night's Willow

The Night's Willow is a classic style point 'n click adventure game currently in production. The production is funded by Creative Europe due to the innovative gameplay and added European value. The game will be released on PC (Windows and Mac OSX).

Story

The game revolves around a young female journalist whose father mysteriously disappears. On one day she finds out about a parallel universe, using a strange device she is the only one that can stop the evil force in this dimension.

Gameplay

During the game the player will navigate through various environments to collect objects, converse with characters and unravel the mystery of the second dimension. Using a device the player can travel between the two dimensions at will to solve puzzles, any action done in one dimension reflects in the other.

Studio

Kenney is an entertainment game studio based in southern Netherlands that creates both games and software for game developers. Recently the company has distributed thousands of free game assets which developers can use in their own projects.

The company was founded in 2006 by Kenney Vleugels. During the first years numerous browser games were produced and distributed among online gaming portals. The first multi-platform game was Trid, a puzzle game with touch controls. In co-production with Animaki the (low budget) interactive film The Silver Nugget was produced, and subsequently The Night's Willow.
